Bridget Jane is a Dietitian with a difference! Having being an overweight, unfit and bullied child, she was determined to no longer sit on the sidelines of life. Since she transformed and MAINTAINED her lifestyle over 23 years ago. She is super passionate about showing others how they can do this too! NO need for dieting, depriving, suffering, struggling, potions, pills, or restrictive regimes. Bridget is ALL about lifestyle and truly believes that every single person is unique and what suits one person, may not suit another. She specialises is devising healthy lifestyle plans that take into account a persons unique background, family history, medical history, symptoms, preferences, metabolic parameters, physiology and fitness desires. Bridget is all about working WITH innate body wisdom, and teaching clients how to harness this themselves, so that forever after they know what they need and how to manage their own health, nutrition, fitness and happiness. Combining studies and degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics, Counselling, Eating Psychology and mainstream Psychology Bridget addresses more than just what you’re eating and how you’re moving. Its about so much more than that!
